Any stock items can be returned within 3 weeks of receiving the stone. The cost of the stone will be fully refunded.  Shipping will not be refunded.
Any stones damaged in shipping will be replaced at no cost to the customer.  Photo of damaged merchandise is required.
Custom orders and personalized orders cannot be returned unless there is an error in the engraving.
     1) If Meadow Creek Stone is responsible for the error, the stone will be replaced at no charge to the customer.  We must be notified of the error within 10 days of the customer receiving the stone
     2) If the error is a result of customer error in spelling, text, etc the stone cannot be returned.
